Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Arman Arifi, trading as Roobik. Contact: info@roobik.co. Roobik is not yet incorporated. Once registration is complete, the company name, registered address and registration details will be published here and in the Legal Notice.

What we collect

• Contact form: first name, last name, work email, company, and optionally phone number and message.
• Services Overview request: work email.
• Booking a call: your name, email, any information you enter in the booking form, and the meeting time. This is processed by our scheduling provider.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, for security and delivery of the site.
• Usage measurement: our analytics provider records the page viewed, the referring website, approximate country, device type and browser, and any UTM parameters in the link you followed. No cookies are used and no persistent identifier is stored on your device. Your IP address and browser details are converted into an anonymous value that is not retained and cannot be traced back to you.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To send you the Services Overview you requested. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or your consent under Article 6(1)(a) where applicable.
• To keep the website secure and available, and to measure how the site is used in aggregate so we can improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your agreement.

Who else processes your data

We use the following service providers, acting on our instructions:

• Netlify, for website hosting and form handling.
• Zcal, for scheduling calls.
• [EMAIL PROVIDER], for email correspondence.
• Umami, for cookieless usage measurement.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are made on the basis of an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own. Our analytics tool is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, uses no persistent identifier, and does not follow you across other websites. For that reason no cookie consent banner is shown. The scheduling widget loads only when you choose to open it, and may set cookies at that point under its provider's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries, document requests and booking records are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, write to info@roobik.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Providing your data

Providing your details is voluntary. If you choose not to, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry or send you the material you requested.

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
